Transparency. There was a gate change that was not disclosed on my ticket that made the connection to Vegas hurried. Also, it’s a given that for international travel, luggage pickup is required at first port of entry in the US, but please don’t have international employees set the expectation that luggage does not have to be picked up until the final destination. If I followed her instructions, my luggage would have been sitting at my connection now.

Transparency. There was a gate change that was not disclosed on my ticket that made the connection to Vegas hurried. Also, it’s a given that for international travel, luggage pickup is required at first port of entry in the US, but please don’t have international employees set the expectation that luggage does not have to be picked up until the final destination.
