There was too little time between flights. Our flight from Athens left late, and we "seniors" had to RUN to catch our flight out of Frankfurt. The food was delicious and well prepared.

Once on the plane, the experience is good. However, Condo has a completely failed operatons process. Please left standing on a crowded "bus gate" bus in high heat for 1 hour in FRA. Baggage delivered 90 minutes after a plane landed in both FRA and SFO. No communications of gate changes or delays. Amazingly bad. The crews on board where excellent, though.

Condor and Frankfurt Airport workers give the wirst customer service ever. We mossed or flight because their automated luggage drop off was not working and none if rhe employees did anything about. As a matter of fact this has bwen happening 2 days in a row. Terrible service, communication. Incompetent and heartless workers. We still don’t have new tickets to fly back home and are stuck at a hotel we had to pay extra for.
