Transavia sent an email Where they explained they had to hire a mini plane with crew to serve us , the crew was rude , and un prepared , they splashed sparkling water all over me and two roads , no apology or nothing just 2 napkins , I paid to bring a horas my hand luggage that was refused and put it with the check inn luggage I snapped several videos of the poor and uncomfortable situations we lived and will post it later on my social media to warn people about it , and will contact the customer services at the airline so they know about it
Transavia flight was ok but I regret that kiwi illegally checked me in. They, for instance, answered security question for me and were not allowed to do so.
2 and a half hours late due to a problem with the engine. we had to get off the plane, wait for them to find us a new one, and then reboard.
