Staff recognized that there were too many people in the bag drop line and added more agents.
We didn't get the drinks we asked for, but we didn't complain. We could probably have sorted it out.

Great flight for a great price
Aegean service is far superior than BA in all aspects when it comes to travelling between London-Greece
We missed the flight as security at the airport didn’t let us pass through the gates, we landed from London on a very tight schedule and we’re meant to take the Aegan flight to Athens. we had our boarding passes as an e-tickets in our mobile phones but they want it to be printed. There was no one from Aegan that could help us and security didn’t let us pass. Even thought they were still boarding. Security said they couldn’t help without someone from the airline We missed the flight. Had to pay for hotel and had to take a bus Sofia to Athens as we needed to be there next day. Horrible experience
