They delayed and cancelled my flight for almost 2 days I missed my flight from California to NY and lost the money involved in that ticket never fly this airline I will never fly with them again!

Ground personnel told me that TV monitor is not working and I told her to transfer my seat. I was adviced by her that she changed my seat with working TV to watch. When I already sat on my assigned seat , no entertainment, broken monitor! She lied that she transferred me to a good monitor to watch. So I ask the crew if she can transfer me to a working one. Bec 15 hrs flight with nothing to watch is a big punishment to me! I was transferred to smaller space. Not happy about it.
