Our flight from Kelowna was 5 hours delayed. We missed our connection. We were able to get to a hotel by 3:00 a.m. but the breakfast cost us $40. The hotel was good. We were rescheduled for the flight the next night when it was canceled. There were no hotel vouchers available which didn't matter because there were no hotel rooms available. We decided to just drive which was not easy doing a one-way rental to the United States. Worst possible trip I've ever had

The fires impacted our trip. We sat in the plane for an hour with no air conditioning. We were a total of 5-hour delay but missed our connection. The staff tried to keep us aware of important information

The wheelchair was offered asa i presented myself, the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. The check in was quick and i was delivered to my gate in a timely manner. My carryon bag did not fit under the aisle seat, but does fit under the middle seat. I had no access to my carryon as it had to go in the overhead bin. The wheelchair was available as i deplaned. The attendant was very helpful and friendly. I’ve noticed a big improvement in this service during the last few years. Thanks.🙏
