Arrival Panglao a bit ahead on time. Best part of the flight

Display for boarding gate was catastrophic and boarding process was chaotic. Very confusing. That was however likely due to disorganised airport and not fault of Cebu pacific. However Cebu pacific could have had one staff member staying with passenger to answer questions if those arise.

The flight was unfortunately delayed. Boarding was chaotic and disorganized. Throughout the entire journey, I felt uncomfortably cold despite wearing a hoodie and using my blanket. The seats were non-reclining, and the limited legroom and narrow space on both sides made it difficult to access my belongings. Overall, the flight was an uncomfortable experience. Onboard food was overpriced, and I was disappointed with the simple egg sandwich I received.
