We didn’t got flt pnr & was unable to travel...ticket booked couldn’t be localetd by Air India & it’s fake site & there is no reply We r going for police complaint against ur website & sasta ticket...thru whom ticket is booked
The staff at the Airport has no idea what to do. Completely untrained staff. They advertise best Airport in the world but it is not until the staff is. They still need covid test 24 hours prior to boarding, which is very difficult to get. They waisted my 1 hour and 30 min. At the airport to get me tested again because no one provides clear instructions where to go and what to do. Every single person from the staff provides their own instructions and no one will extend their hand for help. This whole thing happened while carrying an infant. Moral is I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING. THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM BOARDING UP UNTIL I GOT A SEAT IN THE PLAIN WAS DESASTER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Air India TO ANYONE.
The plane is broken patchwork visible flying bullock cart. The seats are so hard and not ergonomic. You get neck and back pain after sitting for sometime. The headrest doesn’t bend on sides for side support. Remote doesn’t work and reading light was on for many seat rows and the crew couldn’t fix the issue and they ended up pasting paper stickers. Haha. Seats are wobbly and generally not maintained well. I’m surprised that the aviation ministry and Boeing is allowing this plane to carry people for a 15 hour long haul journey.
The 3+ hour delay at the start was a real annoyance. The delay was updated at the gate only at the flight departure time and not earlier. The boarding staff came at the desk very late and could have announced the delay sooner. The staff however comped for a lunch and that is appreciated. The flight itself was ok. The staff were professional and helpful. The meal options were standard, nothing exciting. The in-flight entertainment system came on after long delays and had periodic interruptions. The airplane was old and lacked in-flight WiFi. I don't think this was good value for the price paid for the ticket. I would probably go with an alternative with Air India the next time.
Flight attendant are not friendly Poor quality of food Planes condition are horrible how they can use such planes 15 hrs long flight There are so many other problems which I am not mentioning
