Cramming people into seats where they have little to no leg room is inhumane. I'm over 2m tall, so I understand I'm on the high end of the spectrum, but there should be no reason why my knees were smashed up against the seat in front of me for an entire 14hr flight. I have flown internationally for over 30 years and it was the most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. I would expect more from an airline that is trying to promote itself as a top tier option.
