You screwed up on my flight, then didn't apply my meal choice to the airway so I didn't have anything to eat the whole 8hour flight. and whats up with the second piece of checked in baggage not being allowed? You should tell customers theres a baggage embargo.
We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.
The entertainment didn’t work we order food gluten-free and kosher and they promised me they will have it and we pay for it and still on the flight. We didn’t get what we paid for. The plane was shaking the whole flight.

Terribly slow check-in. Boarding ok-front and rear plane entrances were used. Short flight so no food.
I wish there was ways to charge the phone while in the flight and that the service was better.
